Email price-drop tv will no longer be available via Freeview from today due to contract expireson. However, you can still catch price-drop on Sky 645, Virgin TV 741, Freesat 801 and online at www.price-drop.tv. As a Freeview customer, you will be able to continue receiving fantastic value on products at prices well below the High Street on bid tv channel 23 hosted by your favourite presenters. To kick off the New Year bid tv will have a new presentation line up and will also be running a number of their popular Megadrop offers, where selected product will fall to just £1. Email Godfather Marlon Brando reportedly tried to land a job as a daytime TV presenter shortly before his death in a bid to boost his bank balance.According to the actor's former assistant, Brando contemplated selling goods on US home shopping channel QVC in 2000 - because he had only $9,000 to his name. And the star was so desperate to work for QVC, he allegedly held discussions with a network executive just a year before his death. In a new book, Brando's aide Alice Marchak writes: "Marlon was serious about QVC. He had a meeting with a woman from the channel." Brando died of respiratory failure in 2004 at the age of 80.
