Crafter’s TV, the digital platform run by Crafter’s Companion, is welcoming a new presenter to its channel.

Becky Redican will join Joe Remblance and Ben Moseby as a lead presenter on the channel, working alongside Crafter’s TV’s existing craft experts.

The new presenter brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having run her own craft business for more than 15 years, creating pieces for art and fashion clients. She has mastered a multitude of crafts including wet felting, needle felting, sewing, painting, wirework, woodwork and decoupage.

Prior to joining Crafter’s TV, Becky volunteered at a charity working with young carers and progressed to course coordinator and volunteer manager. She was invited to Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen and other members of the Royal Family in acknowledgement of her work.

Crafter’s TV is an interactive platform where crafters can find inspiration, education and shop while they watch. The digital channel currently broadcasts up to five live shows, featuring more than five hours of crafting fun every day.

Becky, who is originally from Chester, said: “I’ve always considered myself to be creative. I am the daughter of an art teacher and my grandma taught me crochet from a young age, so I have spent most of my life seeing creativity as both a hobby and a career.

“I’m really excited to be joining Crafter’s TV and making my mark as a presenter. I love the family feel at Crafter’s Companion, there’s a strong community atmosphere, among both the team and the wonderful viewers, and I am thrilled to be part of it.”

Discovering the best clean beauty brands has just gotten easier thanks to QVC and Danny Seo. QVC®, a leader in building brands through livestream video storytelling across multiple platforms, recently announced a new digital collaboration with Danny Seo, magazine founder and Editor-in-Chief, bestselling author, Emmy Award-winning TV host, and designer who has dedicated his work to showing people how to marry style with sustainability.

The “Naturally, Danny Seo“ collection for QVC.com is a curation of products from brands that meet both QVC and Seo’s high standards for clean beauty. The initial assortment will include more than 30 items from brands including Patyka, SERUMKIND, InstaNatural, and Farmacy Beauty, with additional brands and products added throughout the year. The dedicated landing page will also feature original video content with Seo reviewing the products and sharing his tips and tricks. Additionally, QVC will offer a limited-edition “Naturally, Danny Seo Clean Beauty Box” with five full-size products from brands including Farmacy Beauty, Lavido, Instanatural, Seed Phytonutrients, and Beekman 1802 for customers to experience the best of clean beauty.

As part of this new collaboration, QVC will launch “Empties Edition with Danny Seo,” a limited digital series on YouTube & Instagram Reels. In this series, Seo will share a unique perspective behind the clean beauty products he continues to empty time and time again. Each episode will give viewers insight into the application and benefits of specific products, and provide tips for incorporating clean beauty into their daily lives.


QVC, along with HSN, introduced its Clean Beauty seal in 2019. The QVC Clean Beauty seal designates that a brand formulates products without sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, petrolatum, mineral oil, chemical sunscreens, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, triclocarban, and talc. It also indicates products contain less than one percent of synthetic fragrances and are certified cruelty-free by a third-party source.

The International Housewares Association is collaborating with QVC and HSN to offer a virtual event bringing together IHA suppliers with QVC and HSN buyers.

Called Connect QVC+HSN, the event will provide an opportunity for IHA members to pitch their new products to the two retailers.

“IHA’s mission is to bring buyers and sellers together regardless of format, and we are excited to work with QVC and HSN to connect our supplier members with their buyers during this virtual event,” said Derek Miller, IHA president. “Until the industry can gather again in-person at The Inspired Home Show, this type of opportunity delivers the kind of new product and supplier discovery that retailers are craving right now.”


The Inspired Home Show, which normally takes place in Chicago in March, was canceled in 2020 and 2021.


“We have consistently heard from suppliers that their primary challenge during this time is reaching retailers, who they might have otherwise been able to meet at trade shows and other in-person events,” said Adrienne Tiritilli, IHA vice president, trade show. “This kind of virtual event allows non-entrenched suppliers to pitch to, and possibly find synergy with, key retailers who are open to meeting new and unique suppliers.”

Connect QVC+HSN will be held April 27 and any paid-in-full IHA member may apply to participate, the IHA said. The deadline to submit an entry is April 9 and although there is no cost to apply, companies chosen by QVC and HSN will have 48 hours to pay the $500 participation fee or be removed from the schedule.


According to the IHA, QVC and HSN are interested in meeting with new vendors in cleaning (including all-natural cleaning solutions), cookware, floor care, food storage/organization, home environment, household helpers, kitchen electrics, kitchen tools/gadgets, pet, personal care and wellness (home spa prevention/recovery, self-care), sustainability, table linens and tabletop.
