The multi-award-winning entertainment show, produced by BBC Studios, will return to BBC One for its 19th series this autumn, once again bringing glitter, glamour and glorious dancing to Saturday and Sunday nights.

Sara is an entrepreneur and television personality.

Sara Davies says: “My Mam and Dad are going to be so excited. I’m really nervous because so far the producers keep asking me if I can dance. Truth be told - I haven’t got a clue! I’ve not danced since I did ballet lessons when I was little. The business world has taught me that tenacity, drive and determination deliver results, I hope that I can bring that to the dancefloor. And I’m excited to see the impact of all those hours of training on my mum-tum!”

Sara was the youngest ever dragon on the panel of entrepreneurs on popular BBC show Dragons’ Den, when she joined in 2019. A businesswoman, her company Crafter’s Companion, which she started as a student, now employs almost 250 people worldwide and has earned her the affectionate nickname of the Crafting Queen. She is the recipient of over 30 business awards and, in 2016, she was appointed Member Of The Order Of The British Empire (MBE) for services to the economy.

ITV’s Ruth Langsford has announced a brand new range of heeled boots as part of her collection with QVC.

The leather ankle boots are available in black, tan with snakeskin print detailing and brown with crocodile print.

Ruth revealed that she was “so excited” to finally be able to release the boots after working on them “for so long”. The presenter described them as her “perfect everyday boots” which she had designed specially.

Ruth said they are “elegant but comfortable, small platform so you don’t feel like you’re teetering and they sit above your ankle so they don’t catch on your trousers!”

She explained that although the boots are heeled, it is a block heel for better support and added they were lined in fleece for extra comfort alongside the soft, real leather.

All three boot designs are available in sizes 3 to 9 and are available on the QVC website for £117 or 3 Easy Pays of £39.00.

As well as appearing on Loose Women and This Morning, Ruth Langsford has built as solid fashion following with her clothing line at QVC.

The presenter regularly shares her outfits ahead of TV appearances on her Instagram account and has since taken the leap to designing and collaborating on her own range.

Ruth Langsford’s Platform Leather Ankle Boots are the latest addition to her collection which also features t-shirts, jackets, blouses and jumpsuits.

Jenny Lee breads have been nominated for the QVC Customer Choice Foods Awards, following several appearances on the shopping network by Scott Baker, president and founder of 5 Generation Bakers, the parent company of Jenny Lee.

Voting will take place through Aug. 14, and is conducted online by customers familiar with products that have appeared on QVC. Various food categories are included on the ballot, and voters can find Jenny Lee in the bread category. The ballot is available here.

“Of the thousands and thousands of new customers created by our appearances on QVC, an inordinate number of them have come from areas where we currently have no distribution such as the Pacific Coast,” said Baker. “What is most gratifying is that many of these are repeat customers; they buy a few loaves when they first see the product on QVC, then buy again when we reappear on the network.”
